Fill your days with beach trips in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, exploring the nearby historic towns and landmarks, and admiring the wildlife while following walking trails in picturesque nature reserves. Step inside to find a spacious and sociable open-plan living area with calming neutral tones, ample soft seating, a wood burner and bi-folding patio doors. Around the corner is a homely kitchen with an ‘L’-shaped fitted unit with plenty of surface space for preparing a banquet for your guests, which can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table with chairs. Also on the ground floor is a convenient utility room, a family shower room plus a double bedroom with a TV. Continue up the wooden staircase to find a family bathroom and two bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin room. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a BBQ. While staying in the quaint village of Thursford, the steam museum will be less than 0.5 miles away – where you can find the world’s largest collection of steam engines. Pack a picnic and head into the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to discover the prestigious Holkham Estate (10.5 miles) which has a lake, woodlands and a country house. Go for a swim and stroll along the golden sand at Holkham Beach (12 miles) or hike along the scenic trails of Scolt Head Island Nature Reserve (14.5 miles).
