East Runton is a small village and a popular holiday destination; with stunning cliff-top views out to the North Sea and a long sandy beach, it’s a great base for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Just 1.5 miles to Cromer and 3 miles to Sheringham, there is plenty to keep you entertained. East Runton is on the coastal path, which starts where the high street in Sheringham meets the promenade and ends at Cromer Pier. It’s a picturesque walk along mainly grassy cliff-top paths with paved paths along the seafront. For the foodies in your group, you’ll be perfectly placed to sample the local delights from Cromer crab to Brancaster mussels, artisan cheeses to freshly picked samphire.
