Located on a quiet road in Wells-next-the-Sea, this single-storey holiday cottage is a great base for a family holiday on the Norfolk coast. With two inviting bedrooms, it can sleep up to four guests, and boasts an enclosed garden for children and pups to play in when the sun is shining. Plus, a golden, sandy beach is only 2 miles away when you fancy a traditional buck-and-spade day out. The open-plan lounge/dining room is the perfect place to relax after seaside adventures, with comfortable seating surrounding a TV. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family, which can be savoured around the dining table which seats four. And when night falls, both bedrooms are restful and welcoming. You'll find one double and one twin room, plus a family shower room when you need to refresh. Morning coffees are best enjoyed in the garden, which is enclosed and has a lawn area. On warm days, light up the BBQ and relax around the garden table. Explore Wells-next-the-Sea Beach, only 2 miles away. Backed by pastel-painted beach huts, this vast sweep of sand is a great spot for sandcastle building, kite flying and paddling in the sea. Or if you’ve got lots of energy to burn, take on part of the Norfolk Coast Path – a trail stretching from Hunstanton to Hopton-on-Sea, with incredible coastal views and abundant wildlife. If that's not enough, you can also take a 5-mile drive to Burnham Overy Staithe and discover more glorious, sandy beaches.
