Overlooking the Cornish countryside, this property enjoys a peaceful location yet the Cornish coastline and the sandy beach of Widemouth Bay is just two miles away. An eight-minute drive will also bring you to Bude, a popular coastal town. Here there are a number of pubs, shops and restaurants to choose from as well as many leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sea fishing, clifftop walks and a golf course.

As you enter the property, there is a cloakroom with a WC just off the entrance hall. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and open plan lounge and kitchen/diner. the lounge includes comfortable seating and a Smart TV. It leads out into the adjoining kitchen/diner which includes a family-sized dining area, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. The adjacent woodland and the coarse fishing lake can be accessed directly from the garden. There are also a number of other outdoor leisure facilities to enjoy here, including river trout fishing, a kite flying field and a woodland walk.
