Waie Cottage is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
As well as a huge range of activities right on the doorstep, you ll be ideally located for touring the county. Choose from the long sandy beaches of North Devon or head to the traditional seaside towns on the south coast. If you re after shops, leading restaurants and theatres head for the lively city of Exeter but if it s peace and quite and countryside strolls you d prefer, you can choose from either Dartmoor or Exmoor National Park. Enter the delightful mid terrace property and you ll be welcomed with a spacious lounge with double doors that open out on to a patio and soak up the beautiful views. The lounge is equipped with a Smart TV and hi fi. The kitchen offers a oven; dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine can be found in the separate utility room. One twin bedroom and the second bathroom with shower over bath, is located on the ground floor and access via doors from the lounge area. A further twin room and a double with an en suite with a shower over bath and WC can be found on the first floor. The biggest highlight of this property is the grounds in which it is set. Outside you can enjoy the patio area on sunny days but a whole range of facilities will keep the family busy. Enjoy the great outdoors and try your hand at squash, five a side all weather football or tire the children out in the adventure play ground, which features a zip wire. Nearby are two carp fishing lakes. There is also a shared indoor swimming pool (open seven days a week, 8am 10pm, private bookings are taken at times, public opening time tables and full information can be found on site) a shared picnic area and BBQ, indoor play barn with its own coffee shop, snooker tables, skittle alley and a renowned local pub!
