Fun days out can be enjoyed at the local attractions such as Port Isaac, Boscastle, Padstow, Tintagel, with its Arthurian legend, the Launceston and Bodmin steam railways and many more. A little further afield the likes of the Eden Project, Newquay and Land s End are not to be missed. Inside, the large open plan lounge/diner is the hub of this home, boasting a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and trusses and a wood burner set against a painted exposed stone wall. Dine at the long table that sits in sunlight beside the large windows before retreating to the cosy lounge area where a selection of comfortable sofas huddle around the wood burner and Smart TV and DVD player. In addition, guests are able to enjoy the farm's 20 acres of grounds, including the "secret garden" with seating and fire pit, as well as the indoor soft play area, the outdoor play area and the games room with pool table, table tennis and table football. A highlight for many guests is the opportunity to meet and feed the resident animals. Footpaths lead from the property straight to Bodmin Moor. There is ample off road parking available. 2 well behaved dogs welcome, more by prior arrangement. Dogs are not permitted from 17th July 28th August 2021 and from 16th July 29th August 2022. Please note dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the grounds.
