Built in the 1930s, this semi detached property has been recently renovated to provide contemporary accommodation for year round comfort.

Set on the coastal road between two of Cornwall s best beaches, Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth, this cottage sits atop a hill overlooking the coastal path and out to sea. Plenty of fantastic walks can be enjoyed from this location, leading to picturesque villages, towns and coastal beauty spots. After spending a day exploring the coast, head for a bite to eat at Watergate Bay restaurants or at one of the friendly beachside pubs at Mawgan Porth. Newquay also lies just a few miles away, offering more fantastic beaches alongside a range of shops and restaurants, while Padstow is home to a picturesque harbour, art galleries and many independent eateries. If you would like to dine closer to home then you have the Travellers rest pub situated only 100 yards away. Offering delicious food and a very warm welcome.
