Set on the coastal road between two of Cornwall s best beaches, Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth, this cottage sits atop a hill overlooking the coastal path and out to sea. Plenty of fantastic walks can be enjoyed from this location, leading to picturesque villages, towns and coastal beauty spots. After spending a day exploring the coast, head for a bite to eat at Watergate Bay restaurants or at one of the friendly beachside pubs at Mawgan Porth. Newquay also lies just a few miles away, offering more fantastic beaches alongside a range of shops and restaurants, while Padstow is home to a picturesque harbour, art galleries and many independent eateries. If you would like to dine closer to home then you have the Travellers Rest pub situated only 100 yards away. Offering delicious food and a very warm welcome. Inside, the light and airy open plan kitchen/diner features slate floors and oak units. In the kitchen area you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Enjoy your meals in the cosy dining space, which features a wood burner (first basket of logs provided), perfect for chilly evenings, while there is also a TV/DVD for additional entertainment. Next, unwind on one of the comfortable sofas in the lounge beside a further wood burner while making the most of the TV/DVD. On the first floor, the king size master bedroom includes a TV/DVD and en suite shower room with WC, while the twin bedroom next door can easily be turned into a king size on request. The third room is located on the ground floor and also contains a zip and link twin bed. Each room has been tastefully decorated with coastal colours to suit the location of this property. There is a bathroom with overhead shower on the first floor and an additional small shower room with WC on the ground floor. Outside, there is a generous enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ area, ideal for families looking to make the most of the fresh sea air.
