The moment you arrive at this house you'll get the feeling of being near the coast. A painted white exterior with light blue windowsills offers a traditional seaside welcome, while inside, incredible views down to the coastal path and lapping ocean don't disappoint. Sit back in the huge garden with traditional Cornish stone walls along one side and breathe the salty sea air as you enjoy a late lunch on the terrace. Inside, the property has a bright contemporary design with wooden and slate floors running throughout the lower level. The subtle coastal colours of the bedrooms offer a welcome retreat at night and the wood burners in both the living and dining spaces offer warm and cosy areas to gather together on cooler days. It's just a mile to visit the beautiful beaches of Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay or you can drive over to the vibrant town of Newquay (5 miles away) with its great selection of surfing beaches and shops. Visit Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium while you are there or roam slightly further afield to experience the renowned Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, both 20 miles from the property. Walkers can access the South West Coast Path from the National Trust's Bedruthan Steps, just 3 miles away.
