This fabulous property nestles in a quiet courtyard setting in the grounds of the owners period home, has been lovingly furnished in an eclectic rural style, and is perfectly placed for touring the whole of Devon.

Perfectly placed with a walking path on the doorstep, there is much to see and do nearby with the stunning cathedral city of Exeter being just a short drive away and offering a variety of shops, restaurants and amenities. Closer to home, the town of Tiverton boasts a pretty canal and from here you can hire a barge for the day. Walkers will also be in their element with the Blackdown Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks all within easy reach. Entertain the younger ones with a visit to Crealy Theme Park near Exeter. Beach lovers and children can explore the world renowned Jurassic coastline and undertake a spot of fossil hunting, including picturesque Lyme Regis, and the pretty seaside resorts of Sidmouth and Branscombe. The North Coast is also with easy reach with the beaches at Saunton and Westward Ho! along with the fishing village of Appledore. There are also a number of National Trust Properties in the area including the Killerton and Knightshayes.
