Conveniently located for exploring the whole of Cornwall, this property is within easy reach of a wealth of popular beaches and sheltered coves. For those looking to soak up some local culture, The Eden Project and The Tate Gallery at St Ives are both nearby, St Agnes with its heritage mine ruins, Chapel Porth, Truro, while Land’s End and Newquay Sealife Centre are perfect for families that wish to explore the wider area. A network of footpaths and Tehidy Country Park (with lake, golf course and cafe) can be reached via a well kept footpath direct from the cottage which is ideal for dog walkers. Enjoy the immediate surrounding with some lovely walks directly from the property. In the evenings, visit one of many local family pubs all serving good food.
Inside, the reverse level accommodation is open plan and very spacious. Vaulted ceilings are lined with exposed beams and ceiling trusses while deep window sills add to the original charm of the property. The kitchen/diner is a spacious family area, perfect for entertaining and cooking up a storm; it includes an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.
