The loch, which measures fifteen miles long, is the largest loch in Perthshire, and offers visitors the opportunity to try windsurfing and sailing, as well as being home to a shingle beach which can be found at the far end of the lake in Kenmore. The loch is flanked by the Ben Lawers mountain range, providing plenty of opportunities for keen walkers, who will be rewarded by stunning views.

The lounge, which is the principal communal area of the property, is a light-filled space with a large picture window, a TV/DVD, and Alexa. The sun room, which is glazed on two sides with floor-to-ceiling windows, offers guests a second place to relax and enjoy one another’s company and is a particularly delightful place in which to unwind with a good book and admire the stunning views. Passing the separate dining room, guests will come to the kitchen which has a breakfast bar seating area, as well as being equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms in the property: a king-size and a restful twin, as well as a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC, and a shower room with a shower and WC.
