Situated within a tranquil farm courtyard setting these properties provide the perfect base to explore all that North Devon has to offer. Renowned beaches such as Saunton and Croyde are within easy reach and close by you ll find the town of Barnstaple and South Molton with their popular pannier markets. A short train ride from the conveniently close by station takes you to the Tarka Trail favoured by walkers and cyclists alike. Slightly further afield days out include the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter and pretty Torbay. You can also walk out directly from the farm along the banks of the River Taw or explore the picturesque local woods. This converted barn accommodation is arranged on one floor with original features such as oak beams floors and windows throughout. There is plenty of seating in the open-plan lounge area with sofas to relax around the TV/DVD. There is seating for six around the dining table with views to the courtyard and a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob fridge dishwasher and microwave. There are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twins upon request) with en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The second bedroom is a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twins upon request) and finally a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size upon request). Finishing the accommodation is the bathroom shower over bath and WC. Directly outside the property enjoy relaxing on the enclosed private patio area where there is garden furniture to sit and enjoy the fresh air. You will have access to a shared garden area with picnic tables there is a secure dog walking area for your four-legged friends. Young and old alike will enjoy the use of a p├ętanque area pool table table football and dart board. There is off-road parking for two cars.
